I started my relationship with yoga when searching for a way to release some of the chronic back pain I acquired as a young teenager. Yoga provides support for my body and inspiration for my heart while I create poise of mind.


I have since delved, with a hunger for knowledge that never seems to quench, into the ample abyss of yogic teachings. I have discovered with delight that yoga is thoroughly saturated with beautiful tradition, loving devotion, kindness, and many challenges.


Becoming a teacher seemed like a natural step forward in my journey. I studied the Sivananda lineage and became a 200-hour certified instructor. I took a Yoga Nidra training shortly afterwards and later went on to study in India for an additional 300 hours, learning the lineages of Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Kundalini. Further training includes a Myofascial Adjustment coarse, taken with Christine Wushke.   


Every day I find more grace while navigating through all that yoga has to offer, and I carve out my path within the layers more deeply.


Everybody has a piece of themselves that is uniquely theirs that we can take in and benefit from. I am so happy to be able to share in that studentship with all that I meet along my way.


Let us continue to learn and to play, becoming ever more familiar with ourselves. Not with a goal or destination, but with love, intention and joyful curiosity.
